Comment by Poimu Took me 8hours to go from neutral to exalted to shado-pan reputation. I was farming stolen shado pan insignia from War God Dokah. To be more efficient, write down time of kills on your server, and phase to others through looking for group. The respawn time is mn. Also don't forget to buy Grand Commendation of the Shado-Pan once you hit revered with this reputation.

That being said, since I assumed you already did most of the story line from Townlong Steppes, you will need to get to reputation with the Golden Lotus before Shado-Pan dailies will open. You will need to have done most of the Townlong I believe before you can see them. Probably the fastest way to get rep for most of the Pandaria factions is to keep an eye out for the Zandalari Warbringers and Scouts.

To farm fast shado-pan reputation mop ,you should know that reputations are a bit different to grind in Mists of Pandaria--the old system of equipping a tabard and farming dungeons has been removed. Tabards only serve vanity purposes now and reputation is gained by doing daily quests.
