Dell why disable battery charging

I would also like this, or some sort of program I can just put a shortcut on my desktop to so that when I start my computer at work where it's always docked I have a quick solution to disabling the battery charging.

Any progress on this issue? I wold also like to enable such feature disable battery charging on full charge on every reboot. Please updated us all. Don't we have Dell Battery Calibration Tool. I think, I have the issue with calibration. I don't know how to calibrate. Then remove the Battery. After sometimes, fit the Battery in Battery bay. I don't know whether it is right or not. Please let me know, If I have to the way I said above.
