Mr Botha said the front seat in the "similar" vehicle was tilted back and the back seat tilted forward and suggested this arrangement was made to suit what he wanted to prove. The prosecution had also introduced Mr Engelbrecht as a primer residue expert, but he said he was not and the judge did not allow him to give evidence on that matter.
